Do you ever feel...

that you draw the same thing over and over?

I know that people redraw their characters in different pictures and such, but I feel that no matter what the idea is for one of my drawings I feel like I've done it before. Or it's already been done. You know?

I'm attempting to try new poses and create new characters, but I always hit a wall when it comes to that kind of thing. Maybe it's a type of artblock, idk. Anyway, school's been keeping me busy lately plus other things, but I should have some new things posted soon.

I got my dry prints back

so I'll upload them. My best one won't be uploaded though cuz it was matted(?) and will be in the art show.

So yeah, that's it.

yay for the art show! and dont worry about the redrawing thing, that has to happen until you get to the stage of drawing you want to be at

I know what you are talking about, I get that feeling with my poems sometimes. Although, they are essentially the same. Regardless, you should always keep drawing and expressing yourself

Well, you need to spread your ideas out from just wolves dragons and foxes. ^^ That's all I see you draw o3o try to spread your variety a little, and even if you think it comes out bad, keep practicing!! Don't give up if you hit a wall D8 Do art trades and requests and collabs. All that fun stuff! I used to draw just girls and cats, but I spread my areas out till I'm now learning how to draw all animals (Except bugs >> *hates bugs 8c*) And you should too ^^ Even if they don't sound right c8 Like you could do something unique like an ermine or a chinchilla (rofl I have a chinchilla character named Chinka~ <3) And practice practice practice 8D Take breaks once in a while though c8 <3 sometimes it's just nice to relax and watch an animated movie or something to get nide ideas or read a book. :3 Disney and some other Movie makers were very big inspirations to me o3o So just try to relax and unwind a little then get rolling D8!!

Well, not many people request stuff of me. =/ And I have issues with getting things (drawings xP) done within a reasonable time and I don't think I'm "good enough" to do collabs and trades.

I dunno. Maybe I'll put up a journal saying that I'll do collabs/requests of any animal. 8D But yeah, I'm trying to expand.
